More outreach. Less impact.

Your customer does not need another perfect message. They need a reason to reply.

The wrong question

When AI produces ten versions of a sales message in seconds, the temptation is obvious: another version, another audience, another follow-up. Production gets easier. The decision at the other end does not.

A better question is: what can this person judge more clearly after reading my message? If the answer is nothing, version eleven is unlikely to help.

Relevance needs substance

A company name in the opening line is not relevance. A specific hypothesis about a problem is a better start, especially when you explain what it rests on and where you might be wrong.

Instead of promising efficiency, ask whether handovers between sales and delivery are getting stuck, and whether the commitments in proposals are worth examining. Offer a conversation, not an unsupported promise.

One less message. One better question.

Take your last message. Remove everything any competitor could have written. What remains? A specific thought, an honest question, or perhaps nothing yet. That is where the work starts.

AI can help you phrase the message. You need to understand the reason for the conversation.
